Frankly it takes these big companies forever to make up their mind on anything. After they have finally decided to do something they have 3 managers for every developer, which means it takes forever to deliver. Now they are on this outsourcing to India kick; that adds another management layer and cuts the developer's salary in half, for a net INCREASE in salary costs, not to mention the confusion cost of another manager getting between the developer and the customer.
The other thing I find interesting is the reliance on obsolete technology, i.e. Oracle Developer. They still don't understand the advantages of Java.

i've gotten the impression that you weren't really interested in a pure Sweat Equity kind of operation, where there's a great deal of risk, without an immediate initial compensation...
did i misunderstand something?????

Adroit Software is a large insurance company?
Can you address your visa status (if you are not a US Citizen) as that has implications about what sort of business entities you may enter into.
